US Department of Justice International Program Selects TheEyeWorks

image “We are pleased to announce that OPDAT/ICITAP, a program of the US Department of Justice (DOJ) has selected TheEyeWorks as its Web and online provider for one of their main law enforcement programs in Colombia,” said Ramir Camu, TheEyeWorks.

The DOJ has selected TheEyeWorks as its firm to design and develop a Victim Case Management System for the Colombia Attorney General’s office. This is a part of its International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program or ICITAP, which works with foreign governments to develop professional and transparent law enforcement institutions that protect human rights, combat corruption, and reduce the threat of transnational crime and terrorism. ICITAP supports both national security and foreign policy objectives. More information may be found at: http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/icitap/

The Victim Case Management System will help the Colombia Attorney General’s office manage homicide cases and will serve as a notification mechanism for the victims involved in these cases. This application will also provide a secure login for victims to view the status of pending cases as well as offer additional resources to them.

“We are honored to work alongside this program of the DOJ as it strives to meet its international security and justice goals in Latin America.”
