• Excellent knowledge of design principles, web design/development tools and trends
• Ability to collaborate with the team to create awesome work for our clients
• Inspiring and motivational
• Knack for designing awesome work, primary visual, typography and animation
• Business savvy
• Exceptional all-around communication skills (Email, Post-It notes, phone, in person, Twitter, Facebook, text messages, etc.)
• Ability to present designs, concepts and ideas to clients as well as the team
• Flexible, adaptable and dynamic
• Experience: A minimum of three years of designing really cool and exceptionally functional websites
